	Prawn meat is fully peeled with no shell remaining. Designed to protect, preserve shelf life and facilitate freezing the 2 Kg of net weight product is frozen surrounded by ice. Block frozen product has a much longer shelf life than dry frozen product which can suffer from dehydration problems and discolouration. Each master carton contains 10 x 2 kg blocks.
