2. Drain
prawns and cook on a preheated hot char-grill or
barbecue plate (griddle) for 1 minute each side or
until they change colour. 3. Place
pawpaw and mint in bowl and toss to combine. To
serve, pile prawns onto serving plates, top with
pawpaw mixture and accompany with lime wedges and
sliced chillies Serves 4
